Principle and Process: Two Steps to Create "Bent and Strong" Glass

This process can be broken down into two core steps:

Heat Bending Forming (Shaping the Curve): The flat glass is heated to a temperature close to its softening point (approximately 560°C), making it plastic. It is then placed on a specific mold and, by its own weight or with external force, bent into the desired curved surface or shape.

Tempering Treatment (Strengthening the Structure): While the glass maintains its curved shape, it undergoes rapid and uniform cooling (air quenching). This sudden cooling creates a strong compressive stress on the surface and tensile stress inside the glass, thereby significantly enhancing its strength and safety.
