Laminated glass is two or several pieces of float glass sandwiched between a strong and tough PVB (ethylene polymer butyrate) adhesive film, which is pressed by a hot press machine to exhaust as much air as possible in the middle. Then, it is placed in a high-pressure steam kettle to dissolve a small amount of residual air into the adhesive film using high temperature and pressure. Alternatively, an EVA adhesive film can be sandwiched in the middle and subjected to high-temperature vacuum extraction to firmly bond the two pieces of glass together. EVA adhesive one-step molding, short time, easy to operate. Arc shaped adhesive is formed in one step.
